14066 Old Cypress Bend was completed in 2005 and, for personal reasons, has never been fully occupied. It is, essentially, a brand new, “turn key” house, maintained and furnished to a very high standard, which is ready for immediate occupation, due to being kept ready for visits by its owners at short notice, despite the fact that the owners have only had time to visit once, since it was completed. It is bordered by water on two sides and a neighbour on only one side: a house built by a relative of the owner of 14066 Old Cypress Bend. It is located in a tranquil location in the middle of The Cove, a gated community of 20 houses, located close to The Bear Club and The Ritz Carlton.
